At Phelans Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are in unworn and saleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your local Phelans Pharmacy branch.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
