Sona Calcium Complete

Sona Calcium Complete is a complete multivitamin with as much calcium as other 'calcium' only tablets. Each tablet is rich in vitamins B, C, D and E. 500mg of calcium with iron per tablet. Calcium is important for normal bones and teeth, normal muscle function and neurotransmission, blood coagulation, the function of digestive enzymes, energy and cell division.

Directions:

Age 12+: Take one tablet daily

Age 40+: Take one tablet twice daily
